Is it possible, that the starry sky has already been ordered once?

When you order a starry sky with us, a check is made in our system whether this data has already been entered before. The check is done based on the combination of place + date + time of birth. If this data has already been filled in before, you will get a so called ‘Oops’ notification. Did you get this notification? Contact us via [email protected] or via our chat, so that we can check whether the poster really has been ordered once.
