Shipping within the Netherlands

An order will be shipped the working day after payment is received. Within 3 hours after your order changes can be send to us. We ship all orders using MyParcel and PostNL. In principle PostNL will deliver the packages the day following (except for Sundays).

For Dutch deliveries a max of 2-3 working days apply. Through a MyParcel-tracking code you can easily check up on your order.

For orders to be delivered within The Netherlands a shipment contribution of €3,00 is charged upon checkout.

Shipping outside the Netherlands

An order will be shipped the working day after payment is received. Within 3 hours after your order changes can be send to us. We ship all orders using MyParcel and its partners. The time of delivery depends on your location (for Belgium in principle delivery will take place the day following – except for Sundays). Through a MyParcel-tracking code you can easily check up on your order.

The delivery contribution for deliveries outside the Netherlands is based on the actual costs; we charge a contribution in the total costs.

NB/Important information/Good to know:

Due to Brexit, from 1 January 2021 onwards there will no longer be free movement of goods between the UK and the Netherlands. Please note that this this may and most probably will lead to additional costs when ordering products; the recipient in the UK will also need to pay customs clearance costs if the contents of the shipment are worth more than £39. Please consult your local post office/other postal services for the most current information.

Return policy

Since our posters are custom-made, returning them is not possible. We kindly ask you to double check your order confirmation to see whether the name and birth information is correct. Within 3 hours after your order, you can contact us for additional input.

We are doing everything in our power to deliver your package on time and undamaged. If however your order does not meet your or our quality standards upon arrival (e.g. damaged en route), we kindly ask you contact us within a week. Please drop us an email at [email protected] including your order number and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
