An astrological sign, however, is the same for everyone born between roughly the 21st of one month and the 21st of the next. So it may simply be that the astrological sign was not visible in the sky at birth.

At MrStarsky, we distinguish between the starry sky during the day and at night. A daytime sky poster therefore has a lighter colour than a night sky poster. The sun is also shown in the daytime sky. This applies to almost all illustration styles, except the styles by Sella Molenaar.

Je kunt je poster na het bestellen zelf aanpassen via de link in je orderbevestiging of via je account. Dit kan alleen zolang je bestelling nog niet in productie is genomen.

Stap 1: Open je bestelling
Ga naar je bestelpagina en klik op “Bestelling aanpassen”. We pauzeren je bestelling terwijl je de wijziging maakt, zodat de productie niet ondertussen verdergaat.

Stap 2: Controleer locatie, datum en tijd
In de poster-editor kun je eerst de locatie, datum en tijd controleren of wijzigen. Klik daarna op “Volgende stap: Personaliseer”.

Stap 3: Pas de persoonlijke gegevens aan
Wijzig bijvoorbeeld de naam, tekst op de poster, het persoonlijke bericht of de dag- en nachtvariant. Controleer in de preview of alles goed staat.

Stap 4: Sla je wijziging op
Ben je klaar? Klik dan op “Wijzigingen opslaan”.

Stap 5: Ga terug naar je bestelling
Na het opslaan zie je een groene melding. Klik op “Terug naar mijn bestelling” om terug te gaan naar je bestelpagina.

Stap 6: Controleer de bevestiging
Op je bestelpagina zie je dat je posterwijziging is opgeslagen. Je bestelling wordt daarna weer vrijgegeven voor productie.

Wil je daarna nog iets wijzigen? Kies dan opnieuw je poster. Moet er iets anders aangepast worden, zoals je adres of bestelling? Gebruik dan de knop “Iets anders aanpassen”.

We ship our books in a mailbox-sized box with a top closure. The book is packed with care and can therefore be sent directly to someone as a gift.

Within the Netherlands, we charge a shipping contribution of €2. For orders outside the Netherlands, the shipping contribution is based on the actual costs; we charge a contribution towards these costs.

Deliveries within the Netherlands: Making a book is quite complex, so we need a little more time for it. On average, your book will be on its way within five days. We ship our picture books on Mondays and Thursdays as mailbox parcels, so you do not need to stay home for delivery. A track & trace message is sent once the carrier has scanned the parcel. Deliveries outside the Netherlands: The picture book is usually handed to the carrier within five working days. The delivery time depends on the destination. Feel free to contact us for an estimate.

We ship our posters in flat packaging, because the paper is too thick to roll up. The frame is carefully protected for shipping. When you order both a poster and a frame, the poster is not placed in the frame.

Within the Netherlands, we charge a shipping contribution of €3. For orders outside the Netherlands, the shipping contribution is based on the actual costs; we charge a contribution towards these costs.

Deliveries within the Netherlands:
We make your order especially for you. We have three fixed making moments each week: Monday at 14:00, Wednesday at 14:00 and Thursday at 16:00.

Orders placed before a making moment will usually be included in that moment. After that, we normally hand your order over to PostNL on the next working day:

• made on Monday → shipped on Tuesday
• made on Wednesday → shipped on Thursday
• made on Thursday → shipped on Friday

Within the Netherlands, your package is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days after it has been handed over to PostNL. The final delivery time depends on PostNL and the destination. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands:
International orders are also made especially for you during our fixed making moments on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. After your order has been made, we normally hand it over to PostNL on the next working day.

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, PostNL works with local delivery partners. The total delivery time depends on the country and destination address. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow its progress.

Our frames are made from solid oak. This gives them a beautiful natural look, as well as great durability and strength. We deliberately chose this upgrade because it improves quality and customer satisfaction.

Our current frames are made from solid oak. The previous collection was made from a different type of wood with a slightly different look. If you want to hang frames next to each other, a difference in colour and structure may be visible. You can order a new frame separately if you would like them to match.

Yes, the cover is a hardcover with matte laminate. A hardcover keeps the book beautiful for longer and also makes it a lovely gift.

For our books, we use 100% natural, FSC-approved 170 gsm paper. The books are made in the Netherlands. Because we use sturdy, high-quality paper, the book can handle many little hands. Marta Abad Blay’s magical illustrations also truly come to life on this beautiful paper.

The book has 32 pages of reading joy in total.

Some styles do indeed differ in price from the other posters. This is because the constellations on these posters are finished with gold foil, giving them an extra luxurious look.

At MrStarsky we use 100% natural, FSC-approved 270 gsm paper. It is off-white and has a subtle texture. For the gold foil posters we use a slightly raised texture, and for the other posters a soft eggshell-like structure. Our posters are made in the Netherlands.

We do everything we can to deliver your order as expected and on time. If your order does not meet your or our quality standards when it arrives, for example because it was damaged in transit, please contact us within one week. Send an email with a photo and your order number to hi@mrstarsky.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Because our products are personalized, exchanges are not possible. We recommend checking the details in your order confirmation carefully to make sure everything is correct. You can send us changes until 10:00 in the morning after the order has been paid.
