Customer Care Hero / Customer Service Internship

Who are we?

At MrStarsky, we create personalized starry sky posters for special moments. We are happy to go the extra mile for our customers: from adjusting an order to resolving a delivery issue – we ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Care Intern, you are the point of contact for our customers. You assist via email, chat, social media, and telephone with questions about our products and orders. You are in daily contact with customers from various countries and play an important role in our customer experience.

We are proud of our Trustpilot score of 4.7 , and with your help, we naturally want to keep it that high.

Your duties

You will contribute to creative concepts for new creative marketing actions and campaign ideas surrounding special moments in the year.
You assist with the design of posters, flyers, advertisements, online banners, newsletters, etc.
You are responsible for performing various DTP tasks.

Desired profile

A positive attitude, even on the rainiest Monday mornings
A proactive and solution-oriented attitude; every day is different and you never know how the day will go 
You are customer-friendly and patient in dealing with customers.
Strong communication skills and an excellent command of both spoken and written Dutch and English (it would be great if you also write/speak German or French)
A lively torrent of words - the more the better!
You are currently following an MBO or HBO program with relevant subjects, such as customer care, communication, and office management.
What can you expect

We are an Amsterdam-based company that makes people happy with personalized starry sky posters of unforgettable moments. Whether it’s the birth of a child, a first kiss, or saying "I do," together with illustrators we create a special collection with an appealing design for everyone. And in the meantime, we have also launched all kinds of other products!

All products are manufactured by our production partner – we are in daily contact with their support department. Although they are not based in our office, they are like colleagues to us. At the office in Amsterdam, we come up with new products, are busy with marketing, and help our customers place their orders. In a small and friendly team, we do all the work together, and interns participate as full-fledged colleagues. Of course, everyone does have their own responsibilities and projects.

And as the icing on the cake, we offer an internship allowance and working from home part-time is also an option!
