Production and shipping moments
Within 3 hours after placing your order, we can usually still process changes. After that, your order may go into production.

Deliveries within the Netherlands
A starry sky poster is scheduled for the next available production batch after the change period has passed. Our fixed production batches are on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. After production, the order is packed and handed over to the carrier. This is usually on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
Within the Netherlands, we usually ship starry sky posters with PostNL. PostNL generally delivers within the Netherlands on the next delivery day after the first scan, except Sunday.
Within the Netherlands, we charge EUR 3.00 shipping contribution for a starry sky poster.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands
A starry sky poster is scheduled for the next available production batch after the change period has passed. Our fixed production batches are on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. After production, the order is packed and handed over to the carrier. This is usually on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
For orders outside the Netherlands, we use the available carrier and partner network that best fits the destination and chosen shipping method. The total delivery time depends on the destination country. For Belgium, delivery is often the next delivery day after shipping, except Sunday, but this always depends on the carrier scan and local network.
The shipping contribution for orders outside the Netherlands is based on the actual costs. We ask for a contribution towards these costs.
Important for the United Kingdom
Due to Brexit, there has been no free movement of goods between the United Kingdom and the Netherlands since 1 January 2021. Please keep in mind that this may lead to additional costs when ordering our products.
The recipient in the United Kingdom may have to pay customs charges if the contents of the shipment are worth more than GBP 39. For the most up-to-date information, please consult the local post office or local customs information.
Returns
Our starry sky posters are made especially for each order. That is why exchanges or returns are not possible.
Please check the details in your order confirmation carefully. Within 3 hours after placing your order, you can still send us any changes.
We do everything we can to deliver your order beautifully and on time. If your order does not meet your or our quality standards when it arrives, for example due to damage during shipping, please contact us within one week.
Send an email to hi@mrstarsky.com and always include your order number. In case of damage, please also add clear photos. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
